In this role you will be part of our outside sales team which is a critical part of the growth of the organization. Practice Partners act as an extension of ATI’s clinics into physician practice offices.

Your Purpose at ATI:

The Practice Partner generates referral and evaluation growth in their assigned region by coordinating marketing activities and using a consultative sales approach. You would be responsible for developing account plans, building relationships and making daily calls to current and prospective referral sources. What’s Cool About This Job

- Primary responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to: developing account plans, completing daily call plans, organizing and administrating marketing activities, and generating referral and evaluation growth in their assigned region.

- Communicate effective marketing information to referral sources and maintain records.

- Develop relationships with physicians and their staff to position ATI’s value proposition.

- Exhibit the ATI Way.

- Use our CRM system (Salesforce) to manage your assigned accounts.

- Prepare reports regarding sales activity as requested.

- Utilize all programs and promotions to create brand awareness and demand.

- Participate in market and competitive analysis as needed.

- Participate in sales trainings as needed.

- Comply with ATI standards of operations and adhere to Core Values of the Company.

What You Need to be Successful:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.

- At least 1 -2 years of B2B or Healthcare sales experience; or 3+ years as a PT, PTA, or ATC

- Current and valid state driver’s license required.

- Must comply with ATI driver insurance minimums per ATI policy.
