Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A Ops Support

What’s the Role:

The ATI Finance team partners with field operators to provide market insights and strategic support to help our clinics crush goals.  You will be a champion of ATI's culture and values, working directly with our business leaders to establish solid financial structures and provide the tools for each team to be successful.  You are focused on running plays that both help grow and keep our organization financially sound, working cross-functionally to make strategic decisions and deliver on the exceptional customer experience promise every day.

Your Purpose at ATI:

 

In this role, you will consult directly with Finance and Operations leadership.  You will create and foster strong relationships across multiple teams within the organization.  You will be asked to conduct ad hoc analysis on complex datasets, build advanced forecasting models and interpret results to influence decisions. 

 

You will be challenged to utilize intuition and experience to resolve operational issues on the fly.  There will be ongoing opportunities to manage initiatives that focus on leading new projects, driving process improvements and reporting enhancements for Operations leaders.

 

At times, you will be expected to independently direct the daily execution of analysis, communication of performance metrics and formulation of financial projections for key products, markets and initiatives.  You should have a high-level knowledge of general corporate finance and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels and mediums.

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
  • 2-5 years of related work experience
  • Experience with financial analysis, modeling and forecasting
  • Ability to translate large sets of data into actionable insights
  • Willingness to work across multiple teams to achieve data-driven results
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
