Director, Sales Enablement   What’s the Role: The Director, Sales Enablement will work report to the VP, Sales and work closely with the Sr. Director, Sales Enablement to build and maintain the strategic management system (tools, processes and data) that provides the insights and strategic direction for an efficient and successful Sales organization. As the team ‘operationalizes’ a sales playbook, this role must be very comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast paced environment, building a ‘new’ system on the fly, and working closely with cross-functional teams.   Your Purpose in The Role: Along with the Sr. Director, Sales Enablement, your role will create tools/processes and deliver insights that enable the Sales team to successfully drive organizational growth. We are seeking a self-starter who wants significant responsibility owning a key part of growth lever in our organization. Ability to not only think strategically, but also roll up your sleeves to drive results will be critical.   What’s Cool About This Job
• Design and co-lead the internal Sales reporting efforts, including but not limited to weekly metric progress reports, monthly Board-related documents, and ad-hoc analysis
• Develop processes, safeguards and regular checks to ensure data integrity within the the CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Work closely with the VP of Sales, Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, and Senior Management in the identification of key areas for improvement in the overall Sales strategy
• Maintain and constantly evaluate territories, account and lead assignments, quotas, and comp plans to keep the Sales team aligned with broader company objectives
• Implement, document and enforce processes, infrastructure and tools that enable success, smooth collaboration with adjacent departments and clear visibility into Sales performance
• Ability to build and present reporting to Senior Management and other key stakeholders in the organization
• Potential management of staff (as the team grows), as well as assisting with training and developing new employees or other functional areas
What You Need to be Successful:
• 8 or more years of experience in an analytical or management advisory environment
• 3 or more years of experience managing in corporate finance and/or a CRM system a plus
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Highly organized with a logical and methodical approach
• Experience developing and/or supporting sales on-boarding and training programs
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with particular reference to MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Must be comfortable interacting with and influencing senior executives
