Business Development Manager- Practice Representative - Sales

What’s the Role:

In this role you will be part of our outside sales team which is a critical part of the growth of the organization. Practice Representatives promote ATI services to drive brand awareness and build lasting relationships with physicians and support staff within the territory they are assigned.
 

Your Purpose at ATI:

The Practice Representative generates referral and evaluation growth in their assigned region by coordinating marketing activities and using a consultative sales approach. You would be responsible for market analysis, development of campaigns, overseeing promotional events, and making daily calls to prospective referral sources. If you are a self-starter with great customer service skills this role is for you. You will never be bored: there is always a challenge, opportunity, and a chance to shine! -Primary responsibilities of position will include, but are not limited to: driving brand awareness by coordinating marketing activities in the market and developing strong relationships with physicians and support staff in the area.

-Drive referral and evaluation growth in your assigned territory.

-Communicate effective marketing information to referral sources and maintain records.

-Develop and maintain accurate, current database of industry contacts for mailings.

-Prepare reports regarding sales activity as requested.

-Utilize all programs and promotions to create brand awareness and demand.

-Participate in market and competitive analysis as needed.

-Participate in sales trainings as needed.

-Use and maintain data in CRM system.

-Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees.

-Comply with ATI standards of operations and adhere to Core Values of the Company.
 

What You Need to be Successful:

-Bachelor’s Degree required.

-2+ years of B2B sales or Healthcare experience.

-Current and valid state driver’s license required.

-Must comply with ATI driver insurance minimums per ATI policy.
